What are your payment methods?

How soon will I receive my order?

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders to Hong Kong addresses. We offer standard Air Mail at a flat rate of HKD $120 for China and flat rate of HKD $175 for everywhere else in the world. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for your package that can be tracked online. Unfortunately international orders cannot be tracked. Orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses will arrive the next business day from the date your order has been shipped.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, the days when Black Rainstorm Warning issued or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you want to change your order, please email us at info@9to6.com immediately. We usually process orders as soon as possible but we may be able to change your order if you contact us a few hours after making your order.

 

I'm not sure about my size or I have a question about fitting. What can I do?

I'm not satisfied with my item or I want to exchange my item for a different size, how do I do this?

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

Once you've made an order, you should receive an email sent to the email address you used to make your order. If for some reason you didn't receive an email, check your spam folder and add info@9-to-6.com to your safe sender list.

Please email us at info@9to6.com if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after making your order.

 

How soon will my order be shipped?

We usually try to process orders from Monday through Friday and ship within 48 hours of placement. For orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, shipments will be arranged on the next business day.
