Question by davie: Consumer Law: Where Do I Stand With Regards Of This? ? A few months ago I bought a Sony Bravia TV in a summer sale and it is paid for!

Question by Landy Nut: Can I legally call my 1974 Land Rover a Classic Car in regards to rear seat belts for children? I’m wondering whether my 6 year old son can ride in the back on an inwards facing bench seat with just a lap belt, no booster seat.

Answer by Eddie MIf the Land Rover was built to US standards for 1974, then yes you would be in legal standings. However, you may wish to look into purchasing a retro 3 point seat belt if you want to be more secure with your son.
