After a year of testing and R&D, engineers successfully applied a rotary pump to a refill machine. Thus was realized the dream of higher precision control of the volume of ink, and the refill process itself. The ink volume required is typed on the keypad into the digital controller to fill the local blank cartridge. The whole process brings the technique of cartridge refilling machine to an entirely new level.

EMPEROR
This new multi-functional longlife ink refill machine (with metal clamps) is designed for the professional ink refill station and small ink cartridge recycler or manufacturer. This machine is based on the older model 96-02 refill system, but has an improved pressurised ink refill function, combined with the advantage of the sturdy clamps, imptoving the ink refill process making it simpler and faster, and making for a more powerful and durable machine.
We will soon be replacing this machine with the two machines below. |

Traditionally, color ink cartridges are the most difficult to refill and always cause color distortion and head block. Generally the refill success rate may be as low as 10%. To solve this problem, 9to6 technicians researched this type of ink cartridge, and developed a completely new spin-dry machine specifically to deal with problems, which remarkably increases the recycle success rate.
Please Note: The Spin-Dry Centrifuge is no longer sold as a standard part of the franchise, as it may not be needed for every application. It can be ordered as an optional extra however. |

SIMPLE TO USE! |

We make Refilling as easy as 1,2,3! Here's how we do it!
These machines have cartridge sockets numbered from 1 to 8
1. Check your list to see which socket that the cartridge should go
2 . Place the cartridge in, and flick the connector to clamp it.
3 . Tap the number of the socket on the Keyboard.
Hit Start.
While the machine is cleaning the cartridge ( usually about 30 seconds ), the display reads "C" The machine then automatically starts refilling, and the display shows "F"
