Answer by Simon SNone that I am aware of though due to Swine Flue they are taking extra screening precautions to be sure nobody who is running a high temp or showing certain other symptoms get in without being cleared by docs. Probably the same as most places now I guess.

In Japan the vaccination scheme is not as aggressive as in India. So until now he has got only DPT ( 1st shot) and BCG vaccine. We are unable to give him Polio vaccine here because as per the japanese system we need to have 4 weeks difference between BCG vaccine and IPV.
