If you do not want many people to go watch with you can get a pair of seating. This is a way to limit the people who can watch movie in your theater. Contrary, if you love watching movie with so many people you can get more seatings. Get the most comfortable seating that allow you to sit on it for hours.
Measure the room that is going to be used as a home theater. If you want to enjoy movie with a lot of people, you better get larger room. Create two or more rows so many people can join watching movie in the home theater.
Get the matching color of furniture and paint so you will be able to enjoy the harmony of the room decoration. You might want to choose the similar color as you usually find in the common theater.
You also have to set up the budget before you buy everything that you need. Setting up the budget can be done by doing some researches to know the price of the items that you are going to buy. Never get over budget on one item because it will reduce the budget for the other item.
If you do not know how to install the system, you should as the professionals. They will help you to hides all the wires behind the building. You might also want to have a sound proof room because no body will get disturbed by the high quality sound system of the home theater.
If you want to enjoy watching movie with your children you should get home theater sofa that would be very cozy and comfortable. Do not forget about the size of the room. Never get too big seating if you have small size room. You also have to be aware of the price. Get the comfortable seating in good price. Do not get seating that comes in nice design but lack in comfort.
Get high quality audio by installing home stereo amplifiers. Find stereo amplifiers for sale that will be good to enrich your home theater audio.

who ever thinks Onkyo is crap i think those people are dumb its one of the best brands its better than Sony, Yamaha, LG ect i heard all surround sound systems and Onkyo has that better sound that you cant get on other receivers and with other receivers they dont come with speakers and your paying top dollars on one receiver but you have to keep buying as well top dollars on speakers and a sub-woofer when all your paying is under $1000 with Onkyo and your getting better sound

If you want a sound demo, do not go to Best Buy, they don’t carry that brand (as far as I know) .

OK! this video just REALLY made me mad. For all of us “audio nerds” out there onkyo is the best…thats just my opinion, and hopefully every one else’s. And if your ears are really tuned then you dont need a microphone to calibrate your system, you only really need it for BIG rooms. And the speakers are NOT boring their awesome! and the “big blocky speaker boxes” just represent raw power, and good sound! And its not plastic its piano black and dont ever put onkyo and walmart in the same sentence

ive read reviews on this system…CONS:speaker wire it comes with not long enough and should be 12-16 gauge wire.

The receiver is the SR508 which is 7.1, SR606 is 7.2 with a PC input. But for the price it’s awesome and especially if you can’t afford speakers right away.. Yes this is more of a starter kit than a finished home theater, the receiver is a full SR508 but start buying pieces at a time. Start with the center speaker, than with the Front L/R speakers, than the Back LR speakers and so forth. Just because it comes with the speakers doesn’t mean you’re not going to upgrade to polk or boston!

Here is an excellent review of this system. I own it. Does it really matter what the speakers look like? When you are watching a movie, do you stare at the speakers or are you watching the movie? The receiver itself is worth $500. It’s like getting the speakers for free. The subwoofer is subpar. I have already been noticing problems with it. The amp pops on/off and the woofer is paper, so that means cheap. Overall, you cannot beat this deal, but don’t expect stellar performance. 4 stars.
