Question by blase’ blahhh: Was anyone executed because Yahoo gave the Chinese government the names of Internet dissidents?
I heard of some being arrested and some being released. I think some of them sued Yahoo but how many other people were reported by Yahoo and did anyone die?

It’s really obvious no one died or it would be like a big headline everywhere.
even though i havent heard of this, no one was executed for sure!!!

No, the death penalty in mainland PR-China is only given for capital offenses (such as murder & rape) and serious white collar felonies (such as corruption & bribery).
Dissidents are usually detained, interrogated, and/or fined by the police…so they wouldn’t be executed.

no i don’t think so because Chinese have the rights as the Americans have so no the chines es did not get executed because the government gave the names of the Internet dissidents
