when i put on reverse / drive .the car won’t move at all. i see the transmision fluid leak .But when i put on the gas for maximun speed the car will move and made some noise.

Your tranny is shot.
either have rebuilt or get a new/rebuilt one.

So no movement unless you floor it, huh? According to my 1995 Mirage’s factory service manual (I think it’s the same F4A22 transmission, be sure to double-check that first!), it would be a defective transmission Valve Body.
Your car has the same drivetrain as a 95-99 Eclipse, so you might want to check out the shop manual for that too.

my 92 eclipse did this it was the tcu. but the leaking is what scares me because if you drove it ,and the fluid leaked badly you probably fried it.
