I’d go to the islands, specifically Santorini. You should fly into Athens, check that out for a day or two, and then take a cruise to Santorini. It’s unbelievably beautiful.

Greek Cities are not the best for tourists
I prefer sailing / visiting the Greek Islands.

Well … photography & culture is in one place only: Delphi
Delphi is on state of Fokida. You can stay in Delphi or Arahova or many more places.
Delphi is on mountain Parnassos but it’s also very near to the sea.
If you finally go to Delphi I would suggest you take a day to travel to Peloponissos and take a tour of it.

OK i am fully greek i live in athens and i say come visit athens first for like 3 days see the acropolis (take lots of pictures). Then take a plane to thesaloniki. Then take a 2 hour taxi ride to halkidiki (the second little peninsula) and go to toroni (a little nice vllage with VERY good gyro and food and AMAZING beaches) then stay there for like 1 week or 2 and then go backk to athens and chill for like a week then go back to your house.
ps a nice place to go in athens is petroupoli( a nice little communtity overlooking every little bit of athens it also has a theater and is like 15 minutes away from a mall.
Sorry i wrote so much its because i love greece and take so much pride in my heritage.
