If you are asking about attending a “Dealers Only” car auction, then you must be a licensed automobile dealer.
In Florida, motor vehicle dealers are licensed and regulated by the Division of Motor Vehicles under Section 320.27 Florida Statutes.
Florida law states that any person, firm partnership, or corporation that buys, sells, offers for sale, displays for sale or deals in three or more motor vehicles in any 12-month period is presumed to be a motor vehicle dealer and must have an appropriate license issued by the State.
License applications may be obtained from any Division of Motor Vehicles’ regional office.

Carl had to visit his parents in Phoenix but he didn’t have a car so I recommended a car rental that will get him a car. Since it was urgent, he had to do it. It didn’t cost him much though and he got to Phoenix on time. He was grateful of the idea and he thought about purchasing one in the future. I keep thinking about our trip to Disney Land this summer. We don’t own a car but my father will be renting a car from a car rental in our town. He will be picking a big one since there are a lot of us in the family. I’m sure we will be enjoying the trip with the car he has picked.

We had a lovely trip with my family last weekend. We didn’t use our car but we just rented a car from a local car rental since my husband uncomfortable of the obstacles we’d face. It was still fun because my husband was able to pick a wonderful car. These are those times when car rentals can be really useful.

Car rentals have become widely known. These are for people who still can’t buy a personal car. Of course people travel a lot and some see that it’s practical to just rent a car than commuting. Instead of paying for the fair, they are more willing to just pay it as rent and have the car.
